Exclusive Bookings

Book an Exclusive Event at House of Wheels for your large, active corporate group, family party, or school outing.

Parties, group rides, birthdays, corporate team building, company events, school trips. Just about any group is welcome to book Edmonton's biggest and best multi-sport indoor riding facility.

These bookings are made by email so that we may coordinate Staff during the selected time frame before or after regular hours: EMAIL TO BOOK THE FACILITY 

An alternative to an after-hours booking is to book riding time for 60 people which reserves the entire space for your group at regular rates. 

Private bookings are available only OUTSIDE OF REGULAR OPERATING HOURS. See HOURS for details.  More details below ---->

 Exclusive Facility Rentals:

• Private rental of House Of Wheels Indoor Skatepark in EDMONTON are $300/hour
• Private rental of House Of Wheels Indoor Skatepark in CALGARY are $150/hour
• Private rentals are only available OUTSIDE of operating hours:

Mon-Fri 12PM-10PM --Book an exclusive party any time to end before 11:30am or start any time after 10:30PM (2:00am cutoff**).

Saturday 10am-10PM --Book an exclusive party any time to end before 9:30am or start any time after 10:30PM (2:00am cutoff**).

Sunday 10am-6PM --Book an exclusive party any time to end before 9:30am or start any time after 6:30PM (2:00am cutoff**).

*allow 30 minutes for staff to clean/prep for the booking or opening hours.

**Evening private bookings will not be allowed to go later than 2:00am.
